This months material package special is a 24' x 40' x10' building with 12" overhang and wainscot. Our package special includes material only and plans to construct your building. Price includes laminated columns, double truss header, girts and purlins on 24" centers, 1 row of 2x10 skirt board, 1 bag of concrete per post, trusses are 4' oc, 29 ga #1 metal and trims with single bubble vapor barrier and all fasteners and screws. Includes (3) 3'x 2' insulated utility slider windows, (1) 36" 9 lite walk door, (2) 10'x 8' insulated overhead doors. Sales tax and delivery within 60 miles included. Price is $13,487.00

The Beehunter Cabin is 28' x 34' 8" with 9' ceilings. This is a shell material package only for a slab foundation. Floor systems for over a foundation are an option that can be quoted. Exterior walls are 2x6 and interior are 2x4. Exterior walls feature 1/2 osb sheathing, housewrap and board and batten metal siding. Trusses are 2' oc with 12" finished overhang and roof has 5/8 osb, underlayment and standing seam metal roofing. Windows are vinyl with LowE glass and screens. Exterior door is 36" Fiberglass 6 panel. This is a material package only and includes plans and all materials needed for the shell package. Sales tax and delivery within 60 miles included. Price is $29,299.00
